We accept returns and issue refunds for medicines in the following cases:
- Order not delivered: Full refund if delivery is not completed within the promised timeframe
- Wrong medicine delivered: Full refund or free replacement within 24 hours of delivery
- Damaged or expired medicine: Full refund upon sharing photo evidence within 24 hours
- Cancelled before dispatch: Full refund if you cancel before the order is dispatched
โ ๏ธ Opened medicine strips, temperature-sensitive items, and Schedule H/H1 drugs cannot be returned due to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Cancelled 24+ hours before: Full refund processed within 5โ7 business days
- Cancelled same day (before collection): 50% refund; processing fee retained
- After sample collection: No refund as the test process has commenced
- Phlebotomist no-show: Full refund or free rescheduling at your convenience
- Report delayed beyond committed time: Partial refund or service credit issued
- Cancelled before session starts: Full refund
- Doctor no-show: Full refund or free rescheduling
- Technical issue from our end: Full refund or free session
- Session completed: No refund as the medical service has been rendered
- Dissatisfied with consultation: Please contact us โ we may offer a complimentary second opinion
- Cancelled before dispatch: Full refund
- Service not rendered: Full refund
- Partial service rendered: Refund on a pro-rata basis at our discretion
- Service completed: No refund
