These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BookMyMeds.com website, WhatsApp service, mobile app, and all associated healthcare services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

BookMyMeds is operated by BookMyMeds ("Company", "we", "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with reasonable notice.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services independently
• Minors may use our services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when placing orders or registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it
• BookMyMeds reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be misused

BookMyMeds facilitates the sale and delivery of medicines through licensed pharmacy partners.

• All medicines are dispensed only by licensed pharmacists from registered pharmacies
• Prescription medicines will only be dispensed upon submission of a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if the prescription is invalid, expired, or forged
• Delivery timelines (including "30-minute delivery") are estimates and may vary due to location, stock availability, or external conditions
• Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Substitution of medicines with equivalent generics will only be done with your explicit consent

• Prescriptions must be from a registered medical practitioner with a valid NMC registration number
• Uploading a forged, altered, or invalid prescription is a legal offence under Indian law
• BookMyMeds may verify prescriptions directly with the issuing doctor if required
• Prescription images shared with us are stored securely and used only for order fulfilment
• We reserve the right to reject any prescription that does not comply with applicable regulations

BookMyMeds connects patients with independent licensed doctors for online consultations.

• Consultations are provided by independent doctors registered with the National Medical Commission (NMC)
• BookMyMeds acts as a technology platform and is not responsible for the medical advice provided by doctors
• Online consultations are subject to the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 issued by the Government of India
• Certain medical conditions may require in-person examination and cannot be treated via telemedicine
• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has commenced
• Emergency situations should always be directed to the nearest hospital or by calling 108

• Lab tests are conducted by our partner diagnostic labs that are NABL/NABH accredited
• Home sample collection is subject to phlebotomist availability in your area
• Report timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the test type
• BookMyMeds is not responsible for report accuracy — queries should be raised directly with the lab
• Some tests may require specific preparation (fasting, etc.) which will be communicated at the time of booking

• Ambulance services are facilitated through third-party service providers and response times may vary
• BookMyMeds does not guarantee specific response times for emergency services
• For life-threatening emergencies, always call the national ambulance helpline 108 first
• Home healthcare services (nurses, IV drips, etc.) are provided by qualified healthcare professionals
• Patients or caregivers are responsible for providing accurate medical history to service providers

• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available)
• All online payments are processed through RBI-compliant payment gateways
• BookMyMeds does not store your card or banking details
• In case of payment failure, please check with your bank before retrying to avoid duplicate charges
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

• BookMyMeds is a technology platform facilitating healthcare services — we are not a hospital, clinic or pharmacy
• We are not liable for any adverse effects arising from the use of medicines, medical advice, or healthcare services obtained through our platform
• Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order or service
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

You agree not to use our platform for:

• Ordering controlled substances or narcotic drugs without a valid prescription
• Submitting fraudulent or forged prescriptions
• Impersonating any person or medical professional
• Any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our systems

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. BookMyMeds is registered in Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh, India (February 2026). Any disputes arising from the use of BookMyMeds services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh, India.
